ManagementDr. Myla Lai-Goldman is CancerGuide’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and Board member. Dr. Lai-Goldman’s primary focus is defining and executing the overall strategy for the company. Priority areas include finding and defining new products that fulfill the company’s core mission to improve the management of cancer patients. Dr. Lai-Goldman spent more than 18 years at Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (LabCorp), the last 10 years as Executive Vice President, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Lai-Goldman served on LabCorp’s Executive and Management Committees, with strategic and operations responsibilities for 3 major genomic laboratories comprising more than 700 people. During her tenure at the Company, she led all clinical, scientific and medical activities, including the introduction of more than 400 clinical assays. Her experience includes the development of partnerships, licensing, and acquisitions. After leaving LabCorp, Dr. Lai-Goldman became a managing partner of Personalized Science, LLC, a consulting company founded to assist customers achieve successful adoption of innovative diagnostics. Dr. Lai-Goldman is Board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. |

| Bill Haas is serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of CancerGuide. Mr. Haas is responsible for the oversight and administration of the commercial, pharmaceutical, and corporate operations. Mr. Haas spent 18 years as well at LabCorp between 1990 and 2008. Mr. Haas served on LabCorp’s Executive Committee, Management Committee, and Operations Committee during his tenure. Mr. Haas most recently served as Executive Vice President, Esoteric Business, where he over saw $1B of LabCorp’s esoteric businesses, including LabCorp’s cancer diagnostic laboratories. Mr. Haas also served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Managed Care, functionally overseeing LabCorp’s business development efforts including direct responsibility for the companies’ payer contracting. Mr. Haas also ran LabCorp’s largest routine operating P&L, the Northeast Division. Mr. Haas was active in commercializing hundreds of new diagnostic technologies in the above roles. |

Judd Staples is CancerGuide’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. Mr. Staples is spearheading critical foundational and growth areas for the company including clinical validation, pharmaceutical services business development, and regulatory processes. Prior to serving with Duke University as Entrepreneur in Residence, Mr. Staples was the Associate Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Amphora Discovery where he negotiated terms and executed contract language for six drug discovery collaborations worth over $100M. He has previous experience in evaluating new university technology based business opportunities and actively managing new venture growth as an Associate at Academy Venture Funds and later as a strategy consultant with Southeast TechInventures. Mr. Staples has a broad management experience base, having leadership roles in product development, quality assurance, and operations.
